Reply:Post picts of your beads along with machine, material thickness, rod size amps and so on.To do vertical well you have to be able to read the puddle. to some this is easy once they learn it. Others just take forever to pick it up. Without seeing your problems, it's impossible to make any sort of call..No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size. Reply:Rod is usually straight in at 90 deg or slightly angled up. I have no problem watching the puddle doing it that way..No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size. Reply:I've been running it in the 45 grooves in my stinger. Do you duck your head down?
Reply:Not really. I watch the puddle from the top, watching it fill on the sides and crossing the middle quickly. The bottom sort of takes care of itself..No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size. Government programs, once launched, never disappear. Reply:Keep practicing, it took me 30 pounds of 7018 over two weeks to get my verticle fillets to the point that my teacher would let me use it on the job
