Reply:I use a #8 gas lens cup and 3/32" tungsten on my WP-20 torch for everything unless I can't or there's some good reason not to.Welding/Fab Pics: www.UtahWeld.com

Reply:I ALWAYS use the strait cup, I never use anything but. That one there:
Reply:Its just a matter of preference and application. I use 5s and 7s with g/l collet bodies and find them acceptable for all the sheet metal and general fabrication I do. Maybe try to find a kit with several different sizes and see what works best for you.
Reply:#5......zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a  dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.

Reply:Depends on what I'm doing. Use #5-7 GL most often but use #4 straight cup with 1/16" tungsten allot also.Airco Ac/Dc 300 HeliwelderMillerMatic 200 (stolen)Miller Maxstar 150STLMiller AEAD200LE (welding and generating power) Hobart MIG

Reply:I've got an 8 on mine
Reply:I start a root with a number 4, hot pass with the same or a number 6, fill with a 6, cap with a 7.I walk the cup with a 7 every time unless for some reason I can't. I could probably run it all the way out with a 7, but I "feel" like it works better progressively. I'm referring to pipe welding here, though. As for how to decide which cup to use... stick it in the joint and see how it feels. That's basically what I do.
Reply:Number 7   with a gas lens.I don't have an 8 but want to try one for stainless.  I would use the biggest that doesn't get in the way.I bought an assortment of cups about 15 years ago... 4 - 7All the other sizes look brand new..... because they are.Con Fuse!Miller Dynasty 350Millermatic 350P-Spoolmatic 30AMiller Multimatic 200Hypertherm PowerMax 1000G3Miller Maxstar 200DX
