Hello everybody, I was wondering what all certs are out their for welding on pipe. Mostly what certs are needed or wanted by employers when welding on the pipeline. If anybody could list most of them that would be awesome and i will very much appreciate it, Thank you in advance!
Reply:For pipe in general, there's dozens of different certs. Every material, every welding process needs it's own cert. Then there's small bore, heavy wall and downhand certs. It depends on the job what certs. are needed. There's been a lot questions about pipelining recently. I think it's pretty fair to say that you don't just get a cert. and get hired on to weld pipeline.

Reply:my certs are only needed to hide the Keystone. fence building only requires a size 50 coat and #6 hat........Cliftonps welcome to the forum
