Lincoln Weldanpower opinion

I have the machine listed above it has the voltage and amperage controls on it..  It does not run real good and it needs a battery and starter but it will weld just need to tune it up a bit for higher amps.I am looking to certify this spring and put everything on my flatbed truck for mobile welding/fab.My question is, is it worth fixing and putting about $200 into it or will I be better off buying a new/used machine?I have a line on a Miller trailblazer 250G for $1400.I have been using a Lincoln 350 set up for dual shield and I really like it but obviously would need to purchase a self powered welder to the tune of $4K or more.Thanks for the input

Reply:Thank you for the help.  It looks to be a 225 I believe.  It has settings up to 190 amps and then the last one says "max", I could not locate a model number.  I currently start it with a rope.  It has a 16hp Briggs on it right now.It is easy to get caught up in the new stuff but they all do a very similar job.That 350MP is really nice though...
