Snow box plow repair

My buddy is a little anxious and wanted me to start on his box plow's. SNOW??? YUK!!!!!First the fun part, AIR ARC YIPPEE!!!! I went with 5/16" carbons because I have a lot of them, and around 7 (I think) on the Commander. Reply:I'm waiting on material to finish. I placed the order, but the 1"x4" flat stock for the side ski's wasn't in stock. Then, I wanted a price on AR400, but I know the customer isn't gonna go for the price of that. As far as the compressor, I have a 5HP 80gal Champion. It keeps up, but ideally I wish I had bought the 7.5HP. If you want to do this on the road, I would think a 10-13HP, 30 gal gas drive compressor would do the trick. You would have to look at the CFM needed versus available. This was at my yard, for mobile work I would bring my 175CFM tow behind diesel drive compressor. And yes, if you do repair, air arc is a must. Again, EVERY time I use it, I'm amazed at what a wonderful process it is."Where's Stick man????????" - 7A749"SHHHHHH!! Well, now that the big job is over, I'm busting chops with every minute of free time being dedicated to these.First, is the 1/2"x3" flat stock I cut with my Hypertherm Powermax 600.
