Reply:They mention "fiberglass life casting" so maybe he makes a mold of the subject and uses that to make the fiberglass casting then wraps it in wire.Pretty cool looking.
Reply:I've always told the women in the office, "we work naked while welding, for the perfect tan", since they walked up while we were all getting wet suits on for a dock repair.  I just simply said, they were not allowed in the shop unless they are OK with all of us being naked. It Has worked for years.......I suppose when a daring woman finally shows up....naked.......I will wrap her in foil and tell you how to do it. Until then......I don't have a clue........

Reply:They use the new 3 demensional aluminum wire feeder.  When the do the hair they take a 10 lb rool of .025 aluminum wire and as they unhook the end to put through the feeder they fumble and drop the roll.  Of course it automaticaly unroles about 3000 ft of wire and makes a huge hair ball from which they can grab a handfull and weld it on her head.  Mac  now wasn't that simple?
