Recently purchased a used HyperTherm MAX42. I can't believe how I got along before I had this.I used it to freehand slot a piece for a small project around the house. Probably could have done better with a jig, but this is a prototype / proof of concept for me. A few minutes with the disc sander and they were good to go.I am afraid this is going to lead to another CNC table....
