I am sure each of you has run into the occasional need to cut an angle greater than your chop saw can go to. Here is a simple solution that took just a few minutes. I am making braces for a bunch of shelve brackets. The fixture can be clamped as I did because you are in a hurry (just remember don't cut the clamps) or the vice can be drilled and tapped and the fixture could be bolted. The movable portion of the vice was removed to provide room for the clamps. Worked like a champ.
Reply:looks like the bottom is cut at a 45 and the top somewhat more..are these shelves on a slope ??
Reply:This will explain the angle
