Reply:Thanks! 16 gauge (0.060") 304 sheet. 0.035 308 wire. Machine set to 30 amps and worked the pedal to keep the bead width as consistent as I could. Gas lens, #7 cup, and about 12 CFH. Each design is about 1.5" tall.
