Reply:Save your money. You can hard tack the (unusual) thick stuff together and haul it to a shop for them to run a bead until you can afford your own REAL rig.

Reply:The Craftsman welder is $50 - $75 at best.Some of the National Cylinder Gas (NCG) welders were made by Miller, but I can't say that particular one was.
