anyone got a set of planes to make a shop press id like sumthing round 8 to 10 ton nuthing bigg thanks ..

Reply:Hey jesyjames,Here's an easy build & I made mine mobile to move around the shop. Frame is 2 1/2" sq. X 5/16" wall & stands 36"H X 20"W. I use 3/4"thd. Reply:That's my next project excellent for wheel bearings and u joints 25.00 for a wheel bearing press job..uggg!!!   I am gonna make one now for what wont fit in the big ol vise and the u  joints would go together on the vertical better than the flat side on the vise for sure  whatever else I could find to mash on LOL.looks good and simple mine would have to be 1/4" wall... I'M tough on everything Lincoln 225 Tombstone,Miller Big 20,Hobart 180,150' Argon,A/D hobart hood 22 Ton Log splitter,79 F350 dump eats 4.75 TONS and still turns cutters,grinders,And a  Hypertherm POWERMAX 30
