Wanted: Instructionals

Has anyone got a collection of (or just one) instrucitonal dvd(s) that they want to get rid of?  I've been searching Miller and Lincoln sites and smartflix and a few others.  I'd like to get quality instructionals on MIG/Flux core/ TIG/ Stick and every variation of the above.  The new prices just seem way too high, and smartflix per-week rent puts me in too much of a rush.Any help or suggestion of alternatives would be appreciated.Thanks,Gary

Reply:Oh absolutely.  It's all good stuff.  I'd just like to have something I can access easily and on the TV rather than on the computer.  I also got some books from Miller.  My son and I are both visual learners moreso than book learners.

Reply:I do agree with you farmer for sure.  Books are great because you can take them with you and reference them "in the field" if you really have to.  Plus it is so easy to flip back a page or book mark something for future reference.  My son and I both seem to have the same learning issues.  Reading is our least productive method of absorbing information.  When I was in college I could read the same paragraph four times and still not be sure what was in it...  If I can tag team my brain with reading and visual and sound then it all really seems to come together for me.  My son is only 14, but I think he has the same issues that I've had to fight.  I am trying to find ways around this to give him some tools to use later in life.
