This was a project for my schooling last semester. We were given a part, and we had to develop a fixture and program to run on the robot. The robot we used was a Panasonic, with a Miller Access machine for the welding power source. Here is the part we had to weld together, it is supposed to be a paper towel roll holder. photo 5 by taylorclarkjenkins, on FlickrHere is the fixture we designed.photo 4 by taylorclarkjenkins, on Flickrphoto 3 by taylorclarkjenkins, on Flickrphoto 2 by taylorclarkjenkins, on Flickrphoto 1 by taylorclarkjenkins, on FlickrHere is the finished part, after paint. photo 5 by taylorclarkjenkins, on Flickrphoto 4 by taylorclarkjenkins, on Flickrphoto 3 by taylorclarkjenkins, on Flickrphoto 2 by taylorclarkjenkins, on Flickrphoto 1 by taylorclarkjenkins, on FlickrI thought there might be some people out there that would enjoy seeing this, Thanks for looking!
