Attached are too improvements just complete:1. A dry saw stand with a stop and stock support wing.2. A re-purposed pipe rack I fitted with heavey casters and place it in front of my saws.  It is low. safe and easy to move while not interfering with my saws at all.  Better than I expected.  I really like using casters for most all my tables and tools then weld a bolt on to lock them if needed.gray Attached Images
Reply:Nice job. I love stuff on wheels.  As far as , ''I really like using casters for most all my tables and tools then weld a bolt on to lock them if needed.''I use a small chain laid around the wheels, seems too work fine.
Reply:nice work!!
Reply:Thanks,I just ordered a thermal arc 211 to go with my Lincoln 255.  I also ordered a shop press, Grizzly metal lathe and General drill press to make my next one easier???   I will take pics and post after it is done---will be busy getting it ready for the Builders show---debut for it)))   I have long wanted to apply my background to some fun and interesting things that have creative aspects.  Kind of excited and nervous as well---lots can go wong but no risk, no reward?
Reply:Nice work! It's really working out for you.PlasmaCam CNC cutterLathe and Band SawClamps
Reply:Nothing worked out yet but giving it a shot.   Tonight I solved the last issue with the rig!  I have never done belt mechanisims before and needed to transfer 21 hp without burning belts and under heavy loads?   As I discovered, a spring loaded pulley has its limits.   Got it working but not sure of long term durability?   I may end up with double 1/2"  belts on this link rather than one 5/8" notched belt?  Anyone out there have experience to share on this option?  With this the major R@D is complete and parts orders are being generated.   Very nervous, Murphy is never far away
Reply:What's the red trailer mounted rig? Looks to be a water well drilling rig to me, or a REALLY LONG log splitter. But I think drill rig. If it's a drill, then you are going to need to add a pipe rack to it for the drill string. Got any pix of the details on that one?
Reply:Looks like you are on your way .  Keep it up .  Thanks for the photos.

Reply:How do you like your Makita dry cut saw? I just bought one a month ago, and so far its been awesome!Ya gotta spend money to make money!
Reply:Really like it!  Puts my old abrasive on the shelf.   One real caution-------------must clamp stock tight and proper!!!!!!!!  Not forgiving as the old one was.   I just got a new blade but this one should go for some time yet?   6 months on it now and two clamping mistakes=one tooth to date?Takes water to drill for water?
