Heres a job I just got done for my brother in law. Everything was made using 1/4" and 3/16" plate. Hand cut all pieces with my Hobart plasma cutter and welded using my old MM200. Got to do a little tigging as well on the light bar mounts on the windshield. Think it all turned out good he was very pleased. Made the rock sliders as well.

Reply:Looks good. But where do you find a Samurai with enough steel left in the rockers to bolt to? If you cant fix it with a hammer, it must be an electrical problem."Boy, everyone starts with a full bag of luck and an empty bag of experience. The trick is to fill the bag of experience before the bag of luck is empty."-Grandad circa 1990ish
Reply:Nice, that's worth then the Samurai .

Reply:Thanks heres just gonna screw the license plate to the tailgate.  Ya it was rotted out where the rock sliders went it's got 2" square tubing welded straight to the frame holding them.
