welding cart first project

I used 1.5" angle iron and flat bar to build the frame.  The handle and bottle holder is 1" sqare tubing. All metal is 1/8" thick.  It is 30" long and 18" wide.  I allowed 8" for the bottle to sit on, so the top frame where the welder sits is 22".  I welded 1/2" bolts for the main wheel axles and moved them forward about 9" for a better center of gravity for moving it outside in the gravel.  The hangars are just 1/4" bolts welded on with the heads out.  Other than the handle angled at 45 degrees everything else is just built with a square and is 90 degrees......I wish I would have learned to weld years ago, it's kind of fun!! Reply:The welder is a 140 mig pac Canadian tire special.  I started the job using .035 flux core, then switched to .025 straight wire when I got my bottle of 75% argon 25% co2 gas.  The gas made very nice clean welds, compared to the flux core wire.....well once I finally remembered to switch polarity!!
