Hi guys. Just wondering if anyone here seen one of these Grizzly's Ironworkers in use or even own one? I'm looking for an Ironworker for occasional use and thought this might do. Any input is greatly appreciated.http://grizzly.com/outlet/65-Ton-Ironworker/G0647Miller 302 Trailblazer/Custom TrailerMillermatic 350P/Spool gunMillermatic 252Miller Spectrum 875Miller Dynasty200DxHypertherm Powermax 85Tracker CNC 4X8 Pro Table (Down Draft)Visit us @ www.specialtyrepairscustommods.com

Reply:From what I have seen, cheap iron workers just don't last. I used to have a geka (the cadillac of ironworkers) at my old job. Its a 1982 S-70 still runs like it was brand new and used daily. So when I finally had the money to buy one. I looked at a bunch of new and used ironworkers from a varity of manufactures and pricing. I ended up spending extra the money on a very lightly used geka.Lincoln 300 Vantage 2008300 Commander 1999SA250 1999SA200 1968Miller Syncrowave 200XMT350MPA/S-52E/xr-15Xtreme 12vs Millermatic 251 w/30A Millermatic 251 Dialarc 250 Hypertherm 1250 GEKA & Bantom Ironwokers

Reply:Well take a look at the micro crop, mini crop or bendi crop. They are single cylinder machines with a much lower cost. http://www.comeq.com/specials/specials.htm Talk to Todd. He has a micro crop on demo for $6995. I saw it a couple weeks ago while at comeq. I think them might have bunched 1 hole and sheared one angle with it. Its the ideal machine for your needs.Lincoln 300 Vantage 2008300 Commander 1999SA250 1999SA200 1968Miller Syncrowave 200XMT350MPA/S-52E/xr-15Xtreme 12vs Millermatic 251 w/30A Millermatic 251 Dialarc 250 Hypertherm 1250 GEKA & Bantom Ironwokers |
