Okay, I can get this one for $1200.I never really used a sheet metal brake. Going to be learning as I go. This one is a hand brake that can go up to 16 guage. Is this 10' brake easier to use than say a 4' brake?I will try and post pictures up.
Reply:I would like to bend sheet metal control boxes and some larger bends. The control boxes is what I really want to do though.Again, is the 10' to hard to handle?
Reply:10' brakes are easy to handle. I used my dad's when I was 12 or 13. I was building Lexan dirt late model rear spoilers. No problem what so ever to use. I just bought an 4' 12ga box/pan brake. I love it and would love a 10' also. Enjoy!
Reply:Is this a box and pan brake or just a straight brake?Makes a difference if you're forming boxes.Blackbird |
