Hey all,I'm trying to come up with a good way of making acute angle cuts on pipe. I'm making a 4-1 merge collector. I know I can buy one, but I'd really prefer to make one. Below is an image of what I'm trying to accomplish. I found the image on some other site. Anyway, assuming I know the angle and rotation of each cut, what's the best method for making the cut itself?I've got an Ellis 1600 bandsaw which miters, but only to 45 degrees. It does go vertical with a table that attaches to it. This is a possibility if I can come up with a good idea for making a jig to hold the pipe. I also have a vertical mill which could also be used I guess, with the same issue of making a fixture to hold pipes and making it repeatable as well.Any thoughts on the best method to cut the angle and corresponding ideas for making a jig?
