I have been looking at the Bolton 12 x 24 lathe mdl. CQ9332 I value your opinion... It's $1700 to my door. Gear head, and chinese I now have a Taiwan i will sell, It is pretty decent, but only 5 speed, belt driven, missing some gears....anybody have a bolton, not the Mini- or combo, but a REAL lathe....
Reply:No, awert, no one has had one....I would help but i don't have one either....Why thank you awert, i will hold off for a while till i get some info, I talked to one guy that said only thing he didn't like was the way the chuck is attached to the spindle,.....well i don't know to much about that??? why thank u awere, Your welcome awert.....Just talking to myself again....

Reply:I just looked them up on ebay thats what they are going for new. That price on a new lathe usually means bottom level quality. but I could be wrong its happened before.Do not argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and beat you with experience. |
