Found this Marquette, are they good welders?

I found this Marquette AV/DC TIG/stick welder that is close by and I wanted to know if Marquette is any good?Im trying to find out a model number and such but the guy is including all the hoses for the TIG and stick and also a foot pedal.Looks like its in pretty good condition as wellGuys asking $300 for it. But claims he doesn't know if it works because he never tried it out.
Reply:Test drive first.  Bring your own scrap steel.  Barter the price after the test drive.Here's an old thread from 2008 that gives some info on them.
