Reply:Stupid question why not just make one it's just get a heat exchanger and fan right?  Wouldn't a aux heater from a school bus or like a bobcat and add a pump work? Not trying to piss anyone off here

Reply:I have the htp cooler and it is very nice.  That "heat exchanger" on that thing looks funky----is it just a bunch of aluminum tubes or stainless steel tubes? 1st on WeldingWeb to have a scrolling sig! Reply:Indicator wheels on coolers???   Guess it lets you know it is working...IF you look at it.  When you are involved with welding doubt you would notice it.  Fuse link in the power lead a better idea overall???  Just my thoughts. Input on this would be great.

Reply:Another stupid question here.  I thought the water cooling was to cool actual tig head and handle   But seems its more for keeping power cable cool and from melting  so which is it or is it both

Reply:Hummmm..learn something new everyday.  I did not know that those indicators were not just visual.  Thanks for the info.  I have an older Bernard cooler and it does not have any indicator.  Maybe I can get one from Miller and install it in a line of the Bernard???  If not I will count on the fusible link sounds like they work well.  Actually I think I would rather have both.
