Hey Folks -- I've tried to get help with this issue over on the Miller forum, but there isn't a lot of action there and I think I've stalled out. Full story for your reading pleasure http://www.millerwelds.com/resources...on-Clicks-onlyShort version: I'm not getting any wire feed action. Motor won't turn -- even without wire in it. Trigger just causes clicking. Done a fair amount of troubleshooting. Motor works w/ auxilary power. Jumping the PTC1 makes no difference. Jumpering the gun control terminals only causes that same clicking. As far as we got over the Miller forum is that there's something wrong with my board ;-) possible stuck points in the CR3 relay or no power going to it. I've tried whacking it a bit to see if it will free up, but no go. Looking over the board, I got to wondering about the RV1 resistor/diode thing located next to the CR3 relay (it's red/disc shaped). I'm trying to find spec info for this component. It has no markings that I can see.  Does it act like a fuse/breaker like PTC1? Should there be continuity of any sort across it? It's wide open -- no resistance at all. If it should have a set resistance or continuity of some sort, then I've maybe found my problem... if not, I maybe be close to sending the board in for repair. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!PS: Serial #LB265626; board # 199820

Reply:Thanks... it's waaaay out of warranty. I think all they'll offer me is to order a new circuit board for about $320. Doubtful it would be worth that. I'm hoping I can find the problematic component and replace that.
Reply:If I remember right there is an old style buss fuse somewhere that is in the feed motor circuit.  I seem to remember on my old 200 it was somewhere in the feed and wire roll compartment.  Have you looked to see if you have that fuse and if it is blown?
Reply:I've looked pretty closely, nor did I see it in the manual. But hey, I'm willing to look again in the morning! Thanks for the reply!
