I buddy of mine drop off a Miller Auto Arc 120 Mig that was given to him for me to check out. It appears to be old (can't fine a manual on line for it) but does run, but ther is a problem and I want to see if anyone has experience the same trouble and help trouble shot.When I engage the trigger it appears there is an relay not working all the time. If I keep working the trigger some times it engages and starting the wire feed.Anyone ever had the same problem? I see the relay contacts engaging but not sure its working the way it is supposed to.Thanks, Randy

Reply:I just check that and to be sure put another gun to it and it was the same too. It appease the person that had this machine before opened up the cover to see if they could fine the problem. There are new scerws and new ones holding the relay in place. |
