I just noticed that Harbor Freight sells the pedal parts in this: http://www.harborfreight.com/power-m...tch-96618.html  There were two models that look the same but I guess the other one has a momentary on/off switch inside.It doesn't have the necessary rheostat variable electrical pieces but it does look like it could supply the mechanical pedal parts - take it apart and reconfigure it with whatever your tig welder needs to work.  My welder came with foot pedal but even so I might pick up one of these to see what's inside and how much room there is for adding electrical stuff.Might save someone doing some weird thing with pieces of plywood and a hinge swiped out of the bathroom, or someplace.MM210TA186TA95sLincoln AC/DC Tombstonegood old Smith torch setup 24v Readywelder mig w/spoolgunSB H 10 latheBridgeport mill6x12 K.O.Lee surface grinderK.O.Lee tool/cutter grinder
