I have two cutting torches bought at a garage sale. One is a Harris 72, the other is a smaller Craftsmen made in 1979 in the USA. The tips below are from those torches. The bigger one is a Harris 6290 #1. The little one is obviously a Harris design, but it's much smaller. No markings on it except a 0 (zero).Does anybody know how I can find where to buy these smaller Harris-style tips? I want to get tips for oxy-propane cutting (I got some 6290-NX tips for the Harris 72).Thanks for your help.
Reply:If all else fails, check with these guys.http://www.regulatortorchrepair.com/repairservices.phpThey can probably ID the torches you have and locate the tips if they are still available as well as rebuild them if you need to. A bunch of guys here have had good luck dealing with them. You'll probably have to Email them picts of both the tips and torches so they can ID the parts you need..No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size.
