Ok hear is a small job I did at work a few years back. Customer bought a new three point wood chipper from are store and than wanted us to modify it to a trailer type to pull behind his mower. I cut the three point A-frame off and used it as a hitch, make brackets for an axle, made a small stand on the back of it to make it stable when not hooked up, and installed a overriding clutch on the PTO so he would not damage his mower. This was the first time I had used the shops mig welder so some of the welds don't look as good as I would like, also sorry all the pics are after it is done I forgot to take any from the beginning. Reply:For towing around a farm/ranch behind that small tractor and at "tractor speeds," I'd be satisfied with those welds from failing. Nicely done.
