Reply:Continued...Here is the die I made for the flat stock to support the shelves on the vertical supports...Detail of the TIG wire rack. I'll use some pvc pipe to hold the wire. Can't decide if I want to paint them or not.It started out as a joke, but in fact the finished product has a cup holder.It gets kinda dry out here in the West... FinallyHere it is naked...And with a decent coat of primer on it.It kind of turned into an all singing all dancing sort of cart, but on the flip side, it gives me back a lot of desk (table) space. Reply:Thanks!Fair analysis on the Tipsy. I was concerned about that as well but so far the tip tests are looking acceptable. I have made it quite easy to extend the wheel base if at any time feel otherwise.The little box is for the tig pedal.
