My wife's first attempt at MIG welding

She puts me to shame... She is a natural at this. Interestingly, she and my daughter find it to be very enjoyable. They are both hooked. They both want to weld to do art work, sculptures, etc. Miller Multimatic 255

Reply:Not bad at all. She needs to slow down just slightly though.Great to find an interest the whole family can get into. Family time is never wasted time. She might think about some art classes at the local CC. I've seen several that deal with metal sculpture or making jewelry doing small welding with OA. Reply:Thanks guys...she is definitely my "better half, and i for sure "married up". If she divorces me, her getting the welders will be the least of my worries ;-)She's a music teacher and a natural artist. So she has great tempo and naturally steady hands. The welding table was set for my (6'4"), and not her (5'2") so she had to reach up a bit to get to it. And she was complaining about the gloves being too big as well. We are taking a ride to HF to get the girls their own hoods and gloves.Miller Multimatic 255
