Cold rolled anywhere near NW Florida???

I need cold rolled 1" round and square tube, can't find it anywhere.  I've been buying hot rolled since that's all that available, and then cleaning mill scale, A LOT.   I hate it, and it's so time consuming.  I buy and use 20' lengths, smaller pieces won't do.  Does anyone possibly, by some chance, perhaps, maybe know where I can get CR material?  The mill in Mobile AL doesn't do it, none of the yards there do, no one here in Pensacola deals with it.  The only thing available to me here is DOM which blows material cost way out of the water.
Reply:Not really such a thing as cold rolled tube. Tube is made hot, electrically welded, and then usually pickled to get the scale off.
