Just picked up this monster.I've already gone to the Lincoln site and downloaded the owners manual. Anyone have any other info on it. Age?Needs work but I paid $35. for it. Going tomorrow and getting a new power cord and plug. Then I'll turn it on and see if it works. If it does I'm going to get new leads.
Reply:Congratulations on the purchase. It's an oldie but a goodie. The owners manual should give you an idea on age. Most times the manuals will have a print date. Check the first few pages, then the last few pages. Welcome to the forum!John - fabricator extraordinaire, car nut!- bleeding Miller blue! http://www.weldfabzone.com

Reply:The community college where I took welding classes about ten years ago had several of those. They are a great stick welder. They'll probably outlast most of us. It shows a 100% duty cycle at 140 amps! Not bad.All you need now is a can of red paint and you're good to go. Miller Millermatic 252Miller Syncrowave 200Liincoln AC-DC 225Victor O-A Set |
