Reply:I saw the biography on Jay Leno and he is a certified mechanic. He get's his hands dirty, not just let someone else fix everything. They interviewed several people who were stalled on side the road and Jay stopped , rolled up his sleeves and got their car running. He might not be a certified welder but I would think he is a hobbiest welder.LouSouth Louisiana
