Recently moved into a new shop, and also acquired some new equipment. It was time to build a cart for my cutting torch, new Multimatic 200, and my tool box.I made it about 75% of the way on the tool box stand, however i still would like to enclose the lower half of the rack install a shelf with a closing front door, and also put it on casters. The oxy fuel cart just needs some big wheels and a few hooks on the sides to hang stuff. Oh and some side gusset tubes and chains! The welder cart is all tacked up just need to buy some wheels and figure out how i want to mount the bottle. Reply:Thanks guys. Sorry the photos are sideways, i can't fix them for some reason...  anyway, I'm sure the tool box stand could hold up a house! but it was free 3/16'' by 3x3 angle that i had, so what the heck!"everyday is a school day"
Reply:Great start ; it's all the little stuff that takes time. Do you plan on painting them too ? That's another story for me.

Reply:How are the tanks secured to the cart/stand? The yellow tank by the MIG looks like it's not secured either.
Reply:Don't plan on painting anything, I'm a welder not a painter!  As far as the short leg goes, it came up 1/4" short and i have no idea how! Everything was clamped while welded, only thing i can think is that i cut it about an 1/8" too short and the other 1/8" came from heat warp.Anyways its going to be on caster wheels so the issue will be easily resolved.
