My brother purchased some used Sea Doos and they came with a trailer. The winch posts were underbuilt and had issues. I only have the one pic of the old posts. I built some new ones and purposely over-built them. Everything is 1/4" plate, square tubing, etc. I didn't really get any close ups of the welds. Anyway, my brother was very happy with them. The Lord has declared, "This is my work and my glory--to bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of man" Moses 1:39Link: My name is John, and I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.-- ColdCreekWorks.com --

Reply:jdh,Looks good. The winch mounting rail looks like it could put a lot of torque into the smallish ubolts on the center tongue rail. You may want to consider welding your winch mounting rail to the three tongue rails, i.e. an significant upgrade to the ubolts on the center tongue rail.Regards
