It is a Multi Plasmarc 120 volt 25 amp cutter. the model number is 90325, made in Italy By Telwin for a company called "triple-a Specialty co" in chicago IL. None of the local welding stores carry any tips for it any info as to were to get tips or even start looking would be greatly appriciated.
Reply:HTP America carries consumables for a variety of plasma torches. 1-800-USA-WELD.You might be able to match up something they have with what you need. Also, post pics of your consumables and maybe somebody will recognize them in terms of what would fit for replacements.
Reply:Here's a few links, hope they help out. Check out under MUREX/TELWIN also.http://www.sangiorgioplasma.it/inglese.htmlhttp://www.torche-service.eu/en/plasma-73.htmlhttp://www.parweldltd.com/pdfs/PLASMA.pdf
Reply:If your cutter was made in Italy, it may have a Trafimet torch, which some of the HTP torches use. I found that Harbor Freight carries a $20 blister pack of two tips, two electrodes, and two swirl rings that fit my Trafimet torch. Look at illustrations on www.trafimet.com to see if your torch resembles their products.TeddCoHTP Microcut 400 & Invertig 160DC Smith Dual Guard MD-510 OA Rig Lincoln SP135+ Hobart Stickmate LX 235/160

Reply:Find out who makes the torch. This will help you find where you can get the consumables. I have the Northern Tool Plasma 375 and it uses the Ergocut S-45 torch. I can purchase the consumables at either Northern Tool or Harbor Freight. Look at TRAFIMET.com, they manufacture a lot of touches used for cheaper machines. Hope this helps some. |
