cutting oil ratio ?

bought some 225 primrose plus water soluble cutting oil for my band sawcomes in quarts and for ratios it says (oil to water) 1:15 to 1:30how much of the qt of oil do i mix to 1 gal of water Attached Images
Reply:Ed there are 32 ounces to a quart, 4 quarts to the gallon or 128 ounces to the gallon. 1:15 would be about 8 1/2 ounces to the gallon. 1:30 would be about 4 1/4 ounces to the gallon..No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size.
