Reply:All three of my Bernard guns are from the 80's and I don't have any problem getting parts at all. Both welding supplies I go to have every thing for them.
Reply:Nope, it WILL NOT run from a Miller. So I'll give you $200.00 for it so i can run it from my Lincoln!!!Alright, it will run fine from your TB. Parts are readily available for Bernard guns and the feeder. You will want to run on CV (Constant Voltage), and you can feed hard wire (mig) or tubular wire (fluxcore). I personally have a Miller feeder, but everybody raves about the L25's. In chitcago, they're pretty much the only feeder used on the big jobsites. At least on the jobsites all of my ironworker friends are on.How much did you give for it? And please do post pics. We love pics here."Where's Stick man????????" - 7A749"SHHHHHH!! I sent him over to snag that MIC-4 while tbone wasn't looking!" - duaneb55"I have bought a few of Tbone's things unlike Stick-Man who helps himself" - TozziWelding"Stick-man" |
