I'm looking for something with a motor and pump to build my water cooling set up for my tig. Something similar to what would come on the carbonator set-ups.  If you have anything similar to this, PM me with your price shipped to Kissimmee Floridaq 34743.Thanks!Lincoln Square Wave 175 TIGLincoln 110v flux core welder (my 1st)Clarke 180EN MIG
Reply:Find a soda fountain service guy in your area.  We have one in western Ma.  He has a pile of them,  and gave me 2 complete units plus fittings.  If you can't find one, go to a small non-chain restaurant  that has fountain soda and ask who services the equipment.  Good luck.  Steve

Reply:You will need a pump that can maintain 50 psi and flow 2+ gallons per minute through 1/4" id tubing if you want to make a good cooler. Don't settle for less, as you will be gambling  your torch and leads on it. If that pump can do this it will be then it will be fine. If not, you will likely need to buy a new torch as well as a bigger pump. I made my cooler using a procon pump from a carbonator, the 2 gal tank from the carbonator, a transmission oil cooler radiator, and two muffin fans, and assorted pipe fittings. My total investment was about $150 and took about 6 hours to build. It has been in use for almost 2 years now with no problems at all.CharleyLMiller MM252Miller Bobcat 225NTMiller DialArc HF / DIY Cooler2 Victor O/A TorchsetsMilwaukee 8" Metal SawMilwaukee Dry Cut "Chop" Saw 5 Ton Wallace Gantry Various Grinders, Benders, etc.
