Plasma cutter advise

I picked up an old plasma cutter the other day made by American Forge and Foundry model 235. It was at an auction and I got it for a bargain price, I thought. It needs a new torch and I need advise on what to get. I have looked around on Ebay and a few online retailers but I'm afraid to buy something that might not be compatible. The old torch has a pressure tube with a large braided copper wire inside it. Also there is a 12 or 14 gauge wire that is external that appears to be the negative side. The switch on the torch has 2 small wires attached that connect to a circuit board inside the unit. It is very heavy with a large transformer inside. If anyone knows what I might need please reply.
