TIG welding A2 tool steel?

I am having some penetration issues with my TIG welds, I can lay a good bead and have a steady flow for filler rod. My welds do not hold strong for my durability test. I will not be back on this forum til tomorrow morning 6 a.m., at that point I can also give more information about my welder and my tools. I would still appreciate any help concurring to TIG welding.
