I've been finding myself welding more and more recently, and I want to improve as much as I can. I'm mainly doing work on drift cars, and I want to potentially make bash bars, braces and mounts etc. I'm looking for a welding/fab book that covers the basics and dives into more advanced techniques, any recommendations? Thanks!

Reply:This a great book on the subject. I have conversed with Jerry Uttrachi many times and he knows his stuff. I just went to pull out my copy and it looks like someone "borrowed" it. http://www.amazon.com/Advanced-Autom.../dp/1934709964Weld like a "WELDOR", not a wel-"DERR" MillerDynasty700DX,Dynasty350DX4ea,Dynasty200DX,Li ncolnSW200-2ea.,MillerMatic350P,MillerMatic200w/spoolgun,MKCobraMig260,Lincoln SP-170T,PlasmaCam/Hypertherm1250,HFProTig2ea,MigMax1ea.
