Thermal arc LM 300 Stick, tig and mig

Thermal arc lm 300 welder got the welder on a trade guy told me it was a single phase and I never looked at it. Went to hook up the cable and looked at the back and it is for three phase 460 and 575 I have no access to 3 phase power and that sucks. I am selling it as is because I have no way of checking it. The prevous owner said that it welds and works great but business had slacked off. The only thing that I see is that it has a chip in the plastic that covers the amp display which won't hurt performance looks like 4 screws to take it out and replace it. Make an offer on it Cost $3000 but I know I am not going to get any where close to that.
