Dynaflux vh1000 pump locked up. Motor works fine. If i separated the pump the gears (or vanes if you will) spin freely. I bolt it together and it will not spin at all. I do not see anything wrong (obviously there is.) i have 3 of these and i opened them all up and they look the same. Anyone else have this issue?

Reply:@ TigMonster - experienced similar with a ProCon pump on a CM4 setup.  Motor was fine, Pump was fine. However, one day while operating heard loud "crunching" sounds.  Powered down and inspected both assemblies, like you.  Visually, no problems.  Finally determined the Procon's keyed shaft was not properly seated/connected to the motor interface.Retightened the interface and worked fine. Not familiar with your 1200V unit.  Perhaps the collar btw the motor/pump is not providing proper seating after tightening?Last edited by ManoKai; 09-01-2015 at 06:18 AM.Reason: spelling"Discovery is to see what everybody else has seen, and to think what nobody else has thought" - Albert Szent-Gyorgyi

Reply:@ TigMonster - based on your input, the problem def resides WITHIN the pump.  Check?  Perhaps you can have it rebuilt (if financial salient) or (obviously) rip a replacement pump.  Have you contacted tech support at the manuacturer?"Discovery is to see what everybody else has seen, and to think what nobody else has thought" - Albert Szent-Gyorgyi

Reply:Would a ProCon pump set to 50psi interface to your motor??  You can find a ProCon for $75-100 on eVilBay."Discovery is to see what everybody else has seen, and to think what nobody else has thought" - Albert Szent-Gyorgyi

Reply:Bought a new procon pump for 279$ after much delay ( my htp cooler came in) now i have an extra cooler. If you were to sell one with a brand new pump, what price would you put on it?
