Hey Guys, new to the board here, and need some help. I have an older 44D that I have had for awhile. Runs great. When I use it to run any type of power tool off of it, such as a drill, grinder, even a heavy duty chop saw, it works like a champ, does everything it is supposed to, revs up, puts out enough juice to power anything I plug into it. The other day, we had a tree fall on the property and LIPA had to come drop the wire from the street. I went to backfeed the panel and when I did, the machine revved up, but I got no power to the breaker. Swapped over to my 55G, and it worked just fine, powered the whole house. Just dont understand why the 44D would not put power to the panel. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Doug.
