Whats the difference between pulse and stitch when using spray transfer
Reply:pulsing just pulses the amperage without ever actually extinguishing the arc, you don't have cold spots and tie ins between each "tack" like you do when you stitch. Stitching is basically a series of tack welds that tend to not have good penetration and you have basically a tie in at every tack. Pulsing lowers the amperage enough to give the puddle enough time to freeze but not enough to have a cold tack.
Reply:So would it help verticle spray at all
Reply:I have fabricator 252 I how would I add pulse
Reply:Most single pulses pulse the voltage, not the amperage on MIG units.Esab Migmaster 250Lincoln SA 200Lincoln Ranger 8Smith Oxy Fuel setupEverlast PowerPlasma 80Everlast Power iMIG 160Everlast Power iMIG 205 Everlast Power iMIG 140EEverlast PowerARC 300Everlast PowerARC 140STEverlast PowerTIG 255EXT
