This stuff runs NICE! CEP, thanks for telling me about this wire.It is so much smoother than the NR211-MP. The slag completely comes off with one brush of the chipping hammer. This bead was on some 1"x1"x1/4" flat bar. 3 passes, 17v(suitcase readout)@130ipmSent from my SPH-L710 using TapatalkTOO MANY TOOLS & NO MORE SPACE
Reply:Don't mean to tell you what to do, but I'd turn the voltage up, or the wire speed down. I like NR-212 better than NR-211.Dont pay any attention to meIm just a hobbyist!CarlDynasty 300V350-Pro w/pulseSG Spool gun1937 IdealArc-300PowerArc 200ST3 SA-200sVantage 400

Reply:Just my experience, but it seemed to me that 21B ran better using a cc source(SA 200) than the NR wires in my 12VS feeder. Using CV power(TB 302) the NR wires seem to be the best choice. Again, Jmo. |
