Kudos to Lincoln.I have a customer working at a remote mine in northern BC with a new Air Vantage 500. At -38C the crankcase breather froze and blew all the oil out. Lincoln bought back a new welder from a local dealer to give him while his is repaired - and had it delivered to him in 6 hrs.. THAT is customer service.
