Our quick response times and stellar customer service has propelled our reputation as the number one facility for timely professional repairs.Tasks and Responsibilities:• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices.• Write detailed estimates for repairs needed and follow up to order parts as approved by customers.• Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers.• Greet customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive work environment• Utilize the point of sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and a real-time status of each repair• Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the workshop.* Willing to train the right candidate.* Some flexibility on scheduling is allowed.Join a growing small business that is constantly expending and recognizes dedication and hard work.Pay is based on direct experience with our product line and dedication to the business.***MUST KNOW HOW TO USE A MULTIMETER***
