Cutmaster 42...........winking?

First of all Happy Holidays!!!!!!!!!!!!!Here's my short story (in road to nightmare).I'm building a Beach Buggy, and while I was cutting the floor-metal my plasma start "winking at me".According to the manual' supposedly is a "worn torch piece (aka consumables, electrode, etc), so I replace each piece but 9-0097 Start Cartridge and 9-0098 Shield Cup, but still dead on water. My setup...........60 Gallon Compresor - drained daily25' compresor hose - attached to a looooooooooong PVC 40Schedule pipe (space issues ush to re-locate the compressor way to far)swivel hose conectorwater/oil trapCutmaster 42 ran@ 95-100PSI  - 125VThe first 108" (from a 1/8" metal) cut were sweet, easy stuff.; now it aint.Suggestions how to correct that issue............IncludedPics of burn consumables, and inside the torch.
