3200HD stainless welding?

Has anyone tried welding stainless with the 3200HD?  It's not listed in the specs.Eric
Reply:It is listed in the specs I have seen.    Table B.1And I've done it.  0.030 308/308L wire and tri-mix on some 1/8 (?) diameter rods.  Worked OK, puddle seemed 'sluggish' compared to plain steel.  The best laid schemes ... Gang oft agley ...
Reply:What gas did you use for that?  I just bought an empty tank and a spool of 316L.  I have seen a lot of references to stainless pools being "sluggish" in the archives.  It may just be how stainless acts.
